He uses methods and theories of western architecture and design as sources of reference;he inherits structures and patterns of treatises in Chinese ancient book and records; he elaborates and analysizes Chinese traditional architecture overall by modern architectural and technical opinions and terms; he inspects and verifies theories of architecture and planning existing since ancient times with Chinese national distinguishing features, thoughts and techniques of which are unique and original creation as leading positions in the world. By all efforts above, it abundantly affirms that theory of Chinese classical architecture is crystallization of long history and culture in China and gems of world's architectural and artistic treasures.
